Background
Building Ownership-First Creator Businesses
Small Business Creators (also known as SBC Talent) is a boutique creator management agency dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial creators who are building brands beyond content alone, individuals who view content as a vehicle for long-term ownership, sustainability, and financial independence.
Founded and led by Brittanee, SBC Talent operates with a clear philosophy: content is just the start—ownership is the goal. The agency helps creators retain control over their work, form purpose-driven brand partnerships, and secure compensation that reflects their true value.
With a vast background spanning public relations, brand strategy, and client relations, Brittanee has spent years helping creators move out of survival mode and into sustainable growth. SBC Talent prioritizes long-term revenue streams over one-off brand deals, empowering creators to build confidence, freedom, and focus as they scale their businesses.
As a small but highly intentional agency, SBC Talent is known for its hands-on approach, values-driven partnerships, and commitment to ensuring creators are treated and paid as the business owners they are.
Solution
Creating Structure Behind the Scenes
To stabilize day-to-day operations and create visibility across the roster, we first developed & implemented a centralized campaign tracking system that was both internal and creator-facing. This system gave creators real-time insight into the status of their campaigns, key partnership details, timelines, and next steps while allowing the agency to maintain a clear bird’s-eye view across all active partnerships.
To support this structure, we introduced automations that kept both internal stakeholders and creators informed of deadlines, deliverables, and upcoming actions. This reduced manual follow-up, minimized missed details, and created a more consistent and reliable campaign flow.
From there, we integrated directly into the agency’s day-to-day inbox management, serving as the primary liaison between brands and creator clients. We handled brand communication, creator coordination, follow-ups, and expectation management to ensure timely responses, clear communication, and alignment across all parties.
By taking initiative and owning operational execution, we removed the constant back-and-forth from the founder’s plate and created a more seamless experience for both creators and brand partners.
Results
Restoring Capacity and Creating a Reliable Campaign Experience
With clear systems and dedicated operational support in place, responsiveness across campaigns improved immediately. Brand communication became timely and consistent, and creators had greater clarity and confidence around the status of their partnerships.
Creators expressed appreciation for the increased transparency, organization, and proactive communication, which strengthened trust and reduced friction throughout the campaign process.
For Brittanee, the impact was significant. Having a dependable right-hand support restored capacity and created space to refocus on strategic initiatives, business development, and higher-level creator activations. The operational load was no longer carried alone, allowing the agency to operate with greater confidence and sustainability.
Overall, the partnership created a more reliable, professional, and calm campaign experience for creators, brands, and the agency alike.
Challenge
When Growth Outpaced Capacity
As a solo founder managing a lean roster of creators, the day-to-day demands of managing active partnerships left little capacity for higher-level strategy, business development, or long-term planning for both the agency and the creators Brittanee supported.
Without any team infrastructure in place, Brittanee was stretched thin. She lacked the bandwidth to oversee campaign execution while also focusing on strategic activations, making it difficult to delegate, train, or manage support effectively.
Operationally, campaign management lacked a clear structure. There was an insuffiecient system for tracking timelines, deliverables, or ongoing campaigns. This made it challenging to manage client expectations efficiently and created friction as the agency continued to grow.
Takeaways
Support That Unlocks Scale
This case study illustrates the power of having the right operational support at the right time. When founders are no longer buried in day-to-day execution, they can lead with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Strong systems and dependable support do more than improve efficiency. They create space for better relationships, stronger partnerships, and sustainable growth. For agencies and creator managers, having a trusted right-hand is often the difference between reacting to demand and intentionally scaling.
If managing campaigns, communication, and timelines is pulling you away from strategy and growth, it may be time to bring in support that allows you to focus on what truly moves the business forward.
