We embed as creator economy-trained support who run campaign coordination, build your operational infrastructure, and support the day-to-day execution of your business or brand. We're not a staffing agency and we're not a traditional VA service, we're the backend team that keeps your campaigns on time, your systems organized, and your brand relationships protected.
A traditional VA waits for tasks. We come trained with our proprietary curriculum in the creator economy campaign timelines, brand deal logistics, management workflows, the whole landscape. You're not training someone from scratch. You're plugging in a proactive team member who already speaks the language and can run the systems.
No. We are not talent management and we don't replace it. Our services are built for agencies and high-performing creators who already have inbound brand deals coming in and need operational support to bring those campaigns across the finish line.

If you're looking for someone to land deals for you, you need a manager or agent. If you're looking for someone to run the deals you already have (no percentage split), that's us.

Yes, and a lot of our creator clients do. We work alongside your manager, not in place of them. Your manager handles the strategic side including pitching, negotiating, deal terms, brand strategy. If needed, we can assist with the operational side once those deals are signed; campaign execution, deliverables, timelines, brand communication, asset management, and reporting. Alternatively, we can provide executive assistance with your other creative career endeavors.
Many managers are stretched thin running a roster, we come in as the embedded operations layer that keeps your campaigns moving so your manager can stay focused on closing the next deal and growing your business.
If you have a manager, we're happy to coordinate directly with them on your behalf. Just let us know during the discovery call and we'll build the workflow around your existing setup.
No. We are not a talent management company and we don't offer talent management services.
Talent managers handle pitching, negotiating, deal-making, brand strategy, and long-term career development. That's a different business and a different lane than ours.
We're an executive operations studio. We come in once deals are signed and own the execution, running campaigns, managing deliverables, building backend systems, and keeping your business organized. Our creator clients are typically high-performing, six-figure creators who already have inbound coming in and need an operations partner to bring those campaigns across the finish line.

We use the call to understand where you are right now, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. We'll talk through your current workflows, your team structure, the kind of support you're exploring, and what success looks like for you. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right fit and what working together would look like.
If we're aligned, we send a tailored proposal and contract within a few business days. If we're not the right fit, we'll inform you via email after our call and point you toward something that might be.
Yes. For our agency clients, we operate as an embedded extension of your team, your roster, your brand, your client relationships. We work behind the scenes so your agency get the credit for the work.
No. We don't run your social accounts, post in real time on your behalf, or engage with your audience. That's a different lane and one we intentionally don't operate in, at this time.
