For Creator Good provides project management, content planning, administrative support, and campaign execution services tailored to influencers, creators, and their teams. All services are detailed in the client scope of work, proposal, or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to relevant materials, content, and communications

• Communicate clearly regarding deadlines, deliverables, and expectations

• Review and approve work within agreed-upon timelines

• Adhere to payment terms as outlined in invoices or contracts

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay project timelines or result in additional fees.

3. Payment and Invoicing

All payments are due as specified in your signed agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts past due by more than 14 days.

4. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel services by providing written notice 14 days in advance. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms or other contractual obligations. In either case, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• All content, materials, workflows, and strategies created by For Creator Good remain the intellectual property of the Company.

• Final deliverables created for client use (e.g., content calendars, campaign reports) may be used by the client but may not be resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to: brand strategy, campaign details, pricing, client data, and other internal documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all services provided. However, we are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in third-party platforms or tools

• Delays caused by factors outside our control

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the preceding 3-month period.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
